About SUMOTORI
Our name, SUMOTORI, is a tribute to the strength, discipline, and artistry of Japanese culture — values we pour into every drop. With respect for ancient brewing techniques and a vision for the modern palate, we create sake that transcends borders and speaks a universal language of taste.

Crafted by Masters, Inspired by Nature
Our sake begins with Yamadanishiki, Japan’s most celebrated sake rice, polished to perfection. Pure mountain spring water from Fukuoka infuses each grain with life. Under the watchful care of experienced toji (brewmasters), the rice is steamed, fermented, and transformed through time-honored methods passed down for generations.

The Art of Brewing
Every stage — from the gentle koji-making to the final filtration — is guided by the hands and hearts of artisans dedicated to excellence. The result is a sake that bridges past and present, tradition and innovation, Japan and the world.
